4. Design Process - They are the industry leaders in helping you make your selections. They literally wrote the book on it. The design process creates a book of your home and selections that is an amazing reference during the build process. 5. Quality - The homes I have been involved with were top notch. The materials and the crews did an above average job and the resulting home was solid.
6. Client Satisfaction - If you spend more than a minute in real estate, you will run into the unreasonable perfectionist. All of our clients have expressed a high satisfaction with the finished home. Even our perfectionist clients are happy.

1. Price - You get what you pay for, this holds true with new homes as well. If you are looking for a bargin, keep looking.
2. Build Time - A Toll Brothers home will take a long time to build. I have never had one completed in under 8 months in the best of times. Post COVID, plan on 10-18 months for an executive size home.
3. Details - For all that is good and holy, you will not believe all the selections you need to make. It is not quite as bad as a custom home, but it can get crazy. Thank goodness for your design concierge, they can do much of the heavy lifting for you...
