Active Adults do not need partial or full time care and engage in sports, hobbies and live life to the fullest. These neighborhoods have a vibrant and energetic social life and typically have a social events manager. Many communities only require one partner to be over 55, each neighborhood is different.

With these, you're more likely to find multiple clubs to join, tennis, golf, pool, pickleball, bocce ball, an onsite restaurant or bar perhaps, cycling and walking trails, etc.
