A. Actually Perry Homes is an amazing builder and one of only three builders we have given a grade of A in our annual builder review.

Q. What is your favorite thing about Perry Homes?

A. There are way too many reasons to list, but how about they provide a 2 year home owners warranty when other builders provide a 1 year warranty.

Q. How long will it take to build my Perry Home?

A. Thats impossible to accurately answer without knowing the neighborhood, market conditions and detail level of your home. We can generalize and say 10-14 months due to COVID. Pre-COVID it was 6-8 months.

Q. Why can't I do a 'build to suit' home anymore?

A. It is impractical for any home builder to have over 100+ active build jobs and attempt to coordinate all the design selections involved with the supply side problems we are currently experiencing.

Q. Should I wait for new home prices to come down?

A. This is a complete mis-understanding of our DFW new home market. Prices have simply been adjusted to what our east coast and west coast markets have been paying. This is NOT a price bubble.

Q. Will we see price increases on Perry Homes in 2022?

A. We experienced over a $200,000 price increase in many Britton/Perry neighborhoods in 2021. So yes, I believe you will see a massive price increase. So don't wait to purchase a new Perry Home.
