  2. Building Experience - the construction managers (CMs) we have worked with have been good. They typically don't have years and years of experience. Your milage may vary, expecially post COVID.

  3. Home Quality - they build homes to code and use quality materials. I would say they build a typical production quality home. Nothing exceptional, just the typical quality you see in a production home of good work.

  4. Warranty Experience - they fixed the problems when reported. Most of the time to the client's satisfaction.

  5. Client Experience - overall our clients feel their Ashton Woods Home was worth the money paid and they have enjoyed living in their new home.

  1. Quality - some clients feel that they lack quality. I would remind you that they build an affordable home to industry standards. You need to keep in mind you are not paying for or receiving a custom home.
