Sloan Creek Estates was built exclusively by Ashton Woods Homes in the first two phases. Phase 1 and phase 2 consisted of 124 homes on lots ranging from less than 1/4 acre to an acre in size. The community has only one entrance and the residence fight hard to keep it that way. It tends to reduce traffic. Phase 3 consisted of acre lots in the back of the neighborhood on the last street on the west side. The homes were built by various home builders and are typically larger than the homes in phase 1 and phase 2.
Homes range in size from 2,400 square feet to well over 4,200 square feet. Home prices are trending up and keeping up with the overall increase that Fairview is experiencing. Sloan Creek Estates has a creek for a border on the south side of the neighborhood with homes backing up to them with smaller yards typically. The homes in the center of Sloan Creek Estates have larger backyards and some homes have a view of the centrally located pond. There are small bass in the pond for the kids to catch and release.
