Gone are the days of walking into a model home and telling the sales associate 'how the cow ate the cabbage' or demand a great deal. We are now not even able to build a new home and make the finish out selections. Todays market is dictated by the builder and the buyer has precious little control or input. So here are a couple of ideas to help you succeed when buying a new construction home in Celina Tx.

Tip #1 - Time is not your friend

Buying a new construction home in celina is very different from building a new home in other parts of north Texas. You will encounter extremely limited supply of homes. So you better be ready to sign the minute you find a home you love. Sales associates will not hold the home for you or give you time to consider it. You only have that moment to decide. Any other approach is just wasting your time, your agents time, and the sales associates time.
