What Is A Move Up Program?

A ’Move Up’ scenario is one in which you are buying a home but, you need help selling your existing home.

What is the Benefit?

When a home sells, the REALTORS commission is listed as a seller’s closing cost. In a hypothetical scenario, the agent's commision might be 6%, split between the buyers agent and the listing agent. (All commissions are negotiable in the state of Texas and detailed in the listing agreement).

When buying your new home, the same scenario applies. So you, the buyer, pay no agent commissions on the purchase.

When we help you on both transactions, we will be compensated as your buyer’s agent on the new home. So, we offer a listing commission rebate on the sale of your existing home, to help with your expenses. That way you put more money back into your own pocket at closing. You get the same top notch service and marketing that we use to sell properties in less time and for more money. And on top of that, we rebate a portion of the listing commission back to you at closing!
