BUYING A HOME IN 5 EASY STEPS

Step 1: Get Pre-Approved

This is Lacie Lee, she is our amazing mortgage agent. Our clients love her and you will too! When you meet with her, she will help you find out how much you can afford (try our mortgage calculator), answer all your questions, walk you through the mortgage process and provide you with a pre-approval letter so sellers know you are serious.

Step 2: Do You Need To Sell?

Are you are considering selling your current home? If you are, then contact us now. We will create a market analysis for your home. We will show you how much your home will sell for and how fast it should sell.

Step 3: Search For Homes

You have followed our advice and gotten pre-approved, and an estimate for the sale of your current home, so you know your budget. Here comes the fun part, searching for homes. You can use our advanced home search engine to find all the latest listings.

Our listings are updated every 15 minutes and we have three ways to search: our advanced search, our map search and our property tracker.

Of course, if you need help setting up your searches, just reach out to your agent and they will set up all your custom searches.
