Building a New Home in Lucas Tx (Part 2)

Our Southgate Homes build job is getting started with the trenching of the lot. We are in Lucas Texas at Brockdale Estates and so far our build job is moving a bit slower than a typical production home, but we are still on track for our timeline.

We should see our form boards go up next week in preperation for plumbing and more trenching.
