- FROM I-75 North: Travel Highway 75 North and merge onto N Central Expressway. Exit Laud Howell Pkwy/ FM 543. You will come to FM 543 and turn left and head west towards Hwy 75. Pass under 75 and continue straight on FM-543 North (Weston Road) then straight onto Trinity Falls Parkway. Turn left on Sweetwater Cove. Right on San Jacinto Trail.
