Coming from a extremely fitness orientated background, I have spent most of my working life in the Leisure Industry. I have worked in many different roles: Lifeguard, Coach (swimming), Fitness Instructor and managing a leisure facility in my home town.

I am very much a people person. I have met many people from many backgrounds around the world throughout my years. When I have free time I like to get out and enjoy the fresh air, go hiking, love to keep the body moving, in contrast to that I do also enjoy relaxing watching a movie with a big bowl of popcorn and a beer.
